Unfortunately, access to quality treatment remains limited for many due to <strong data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"967\">crippling out-of-pocket expenses<\/strong>. MahamaCares was developed to <strong data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1017\">bridge this gap<\/strong>\u2014ensuring that no Ghanaian is denied critical care due to financial constraints.<\/p><hr class=\"\" data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1102\" \/><h1 class=\"\" data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1151\"><strong data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1151\">Strategic Oversight and Expert Governance<\/strong><\/h1><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1409\">To ensure credibility and long-term impact, President Mahama inaugurated a <strong data-start=\"1228\" data-end=\"1264\">nine-member technical task force<\/strong> chaired by <strong data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1313\">Rev. Prof. Emeritus Seth Aryeetey<\/strong>.
